🐾 Multi-cat supplement

Les tarifs incluent jusqu’à 2 chats.

🚗 Travel expenses

For the Porte Rouge sector, the move is free. Beyond that, travel is charged at the local public transport rate for the city of Neuchâtel (zones 10 and 11), i.e. 2.40 CHF. For addresses located outside these areas, an additional charge of 0.70 CHF par kilomètre a fee is applied, calculated according to the actual distance. This fee helps guarantee a local, timely service tailored to each situation.

🌿 Sunday and public holiday surcharge

Visits made on Sundays and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 5 CHF per visit.

Additional charges may apply if special care or medication is required (e.g., tablets, inhaler, short courses of treatment).

🚑 Emergency veterinary call-out

If needed, I can accompany your cat to the vet if you are absent or unreachable.

An emergency supplement applies to cover transport time and time spent with your pet:

👉 30 à 60 CHF, depending on the distance and duration of the intervention.

This price includes:

the journey from your home to the veterinarian
accompanying your cat during the consultation
returning to your home if necessary

📌 Veterinary fees (consultation, care, examinations, medication) remain the responsibility of the owner.
